Man who locked himself with boy, 2, in Sembawang flat for 17 hours arrested after officer break down

At 12.03pm on Sep 28, officers from Special Operations Command (SOC) broke into the unit and arrested the man. The boy has been retrieved and is in police custody and safe hands.
